Meet Harrison Krix, a 28 year old Graphic Designer living in Atlanta, GA. In his free time, he designs and creates replica props from movies and videogames. His work includes props from titles such as Portal, Mass Effect, Final Fantasy, Iron Man and more!
The video above documents about 4 months of work in creating a replica of Thomas Bangalter’s helmet from Daft Punk. The piece has over 350 LEDs, can run over 4 hours on a single charge, and the matrix is capable of being updated on-the-fly with a custom programmed iOS app.

The video features music by Madeon – “Pop Culture”, an artist we featured on S&D.
