Two Door Cinema Club – Seattle Show

Two Door Cinema club , an Irish rock band from Bangor and Donaghadee, County Down, Northern Ireland, played on April 12th at the Showbox in Seattle. The band is composed of members Sam Halliday, Alex Trimble and Kevin Baird. They recently won the Choice Music Prize (akin to the U.K.’s Mercury Prize and Canada’s Polaris Music Prize) and MTVU Woodie’s breakout award.

Their sound is a good balance between great dance music and indie rock. The energy throughout the crowd while they were performing was infectious. It’s awesome to hear bands sound as good live as they do on their album.
