Finally we’ve got the mixtape here for download if you haven’t already got it from Okayplayer.com, and these guys spit FIRE! This is a good one to throw into your playlist for straight up good hip-hop and lyricism. It’s been hyped up so much and we already know what they can offer individually, but BT has brought this team together as a side project to keep up the spirit of straight hip hop spitters. And just as Black Thought mentioned in this video from the last post, The Jam Boys could be legendary as long as they keep putting in that work, and the work is what we’re excited to hear now!

HERES SOME VIDEOS OF THE GUYS TALKING ABOUT HOW JAM BOYS CAME ABOUT.

We also went to the event last night over at Hiro Ballroom out here in NY. It was cold, icy, and basically not a good night to do anything outside, but we made it! And so did everyone else that was in line to Jam with them tonight, “…Cuz that’s what the muthafuckin’ Jam Boys do…”
Luckily we had some ladies with us so they let us in ahead of the line! Word.

First of all Black Thought is a MONSTER any day, anytime. Now with that said, Dice Raw, Truck North, and STS highlighted the night for sure with their presence, but somehow, P.O.R.N. made it into “awkward moments in hip hop history” for sure with his rhymes…or lack of execution rather. Through most of the show, I was just listening and enjoying the hot shit they spit like it had roasted on a firepit and they were dishing it out, but just watch…at the end, it goes straight left field when P.O.R.N. threw it off and Dice puts him on blast for messing up, maybe that wasn’t the case, maybe it was the minor technical difficulties? See for yourself.
