Supply&Demand ships orders daily from Monday through Friday, with the exception of domestic holidays. All outgoing orders are handled by FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Orders placed on weekdays before 3 p.m. EST will ship on the same day. Any orders placed after 3 p.m. EST will ship on the next business day.
We encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding any of the goods we carry at Supply&Demand prior to placing your order. While comfort preferences vary with each individual, Supply&Demand will always provide the best available information to ensure that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase.
If unworn, you may return Supply&Demand branded apparel for store credit OR upon return of the item(s) to Supply&Demand, may exchange for another item of equal value or lesser value as long the request to do so has been made to Supply&Demand within 14 days of your order’s original ship date. Regarding all consignment merchandise, we do not accept returns except in the event of Supply&Demand fulfillment errors. In those instances, first contact us stating the issue, re-pack the item(s) in the packing box your order was shipped in (or comparable) and return the package to Supply&Demand. Upon receiving the item(s), Supply&Demand will assess a refund once the item(s) has been fully inspected by our Team.
Shipping and Handling
We do not accept C.O.D.’s on returned and exchanged items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Please contact our returns department with any questions: firstname.lastname@example.org
Supply&Demand does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe you received the wrong product, please clearly explain the mistake via email to email@example.com. Supply&Demand will reimburse shipping charges, only on items declared defective (up to $10.00).
